About The Position

At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference. What's the Short Version? The Marketing Intern, Digital Analytics is responsible for supporting the Digital Team during an 8-week program held onsite at our headquarters in Issaquah, WA. This role supports the analysis, optimization, and reporting of digital product performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance data initiatives. During the 8-week period, the intern will gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision making and digital product analytics.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsive to staff needs, including professionalism, respect and consideration of others

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and optimizing digital product analytics, including dashboards and performance reports.
Participate in the launch and evaluation of new product features, analyzing usage and impact.
Support product lifecycle projects by gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities.
Observe live research sessions, collect insights, and contribute to data-driven recommendations.
Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks for the department or departments as assigned.
Job shadow various members of the department and assist them as needed.
Help manage and prioritize an analytics idea backlog.
Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops, warehouse tours, and meetings with leadership.
May perform or support special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
