About The Position

Bailey Collaborative Solutions, LLC (BCS) is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role will focus on managing BCS's social media presence and assisting with updates to the company website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and digital communications.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
Interest in professional services, engineering, or government contracting environments

Responsibilities

Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content on BCS social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, others as applicable)
Support routine updates and content refreshes on the BCS website
Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital platforms
Draft and edit basic marketing content, announcements, and posts
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and updates
Track engagement metrics and assist with basic performance reporting
Perform other marketing and communications support tasks as needed
