About The Position

Tonti Properties is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and campaign execution within the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, email platforms) is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies
• Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and tracking performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and promotional materials
• Support property-level marketing efforts, events, and resident engagement activities
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics
