As a Marketing Manager on the Business Banking Acquisition Marketing team, you should be a data‑driven, hands‑on marketer to own Paid Search, Affiliate, and Paid Social Offers strategy focused on acquiring new small business customers. You will set channel strategy, manage day‑to‑day optimization, and translate performance into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with strong storytelling and cross‑functional influence.
