We’re looking for a motivated and growth‑minded Paid Media Manager to join our Search & Social team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has foundational experience in paid social and/or paid search—and is ready to take the next step toward owning strategy, execution, and performance across multiple platforms and client verticals. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, (SEM, Performance Max, Google App Campaign) and more. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, contribute to client strategy and growth, and help shape best‑in‑class paid media programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for paid search and social campaign management, delivering on strategies in line with our clients’ goals, reporting analysis and insight generation, and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Contributing to client growth, becoming a trusted voice in the room.
