About The Position

We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to own and elevate the social media, influencer, affiliate, and paid media initiatives across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. This role blends strategic direction, creative leadership, and performance accountability – letting you drive meaningful brand growth and measurable results. You will work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and external partners, and shape how these channels contribute to overall business success. This is an ideal role for someone who loves blending creativity with performance marketing and wants visibility into how their work drives real business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, social media, or paid media.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of marketing channels and programs, including managing brand and influencer social media accounts and leveraging platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and other social media technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical branding strongly preferred.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platform certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily social media publishing across all brand and corporate channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms)
  • Support content planning and execution to ensure a consistent brand voice and posting cadence
  • Partner with designers and creative teams to develop platform-specific creative and campaigns
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Track and report on organic social performance (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth)
  • Build, manage, and optimize influencer, affiliate, and paid partnership programs
  • Analyze affiliate performance and refine strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Guide and support social media interns through task prioritization and feedback
