You’ll lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, direct mail, seminars, and partner programs while owning how campaigns come to life--from messaging and creative direction to lead flow and conversion. This role requires a strong operator--someone who can manage budgets, analyze performance data, optimize conversion, and continuously improve how leads are generated, routed, and converted. MASA is evolving into a multi-product organization, expanding beyond its core offerings to include supplemental insurance solutions such as final expense. You’ll be at the forefront of these growth initiatives, helping shape how new products are brought to market and scaled across distribution channels.
