About The Position

Mungo Homes has a new opening for a Marketing Manager to service the Charlotte and Triad, NC markets! Based in Charlotte, NC, this position is responsible for coordinating the Marketing efforts throughout the Charlotte and Triad markets. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and attract customers within assigned markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn: KOVA software, HubSpot, ClickUp, Base Camp
  • Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
  • Minimum state required automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing budgets and comprehensive marketing plans in coordination with local leadership and the corporate marketing team.
  • Set market-specific goals in partnership with local leaders.
  • Lead and participate in Community Launch Approval meetings with local leaders, acting as the primary liaison between local markets and corporate marketing team to ensure alignment on launch strategy and execution.
  • Review all advertising programs, budgets, sales statistics, digital analytics, and strategic direction during monthly meetings with Market President and Sales Manager.
  • Identify and execute guerrilla marketing opportunities and other sales support initiatives.
  • Champion and uphold both local and corporate brand standards.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing collateral.
  • Perform quarterly community audits to ensure brand integrity.
  • Review and manage sponsorships that strengthen the Mungo brand.
  • Negotiate, manage, and maintain contracts with vendors and media partners.
  • Monitor website accuracy, asset integrity, and content descriptions in collaboration with corporate marketing.
  • Review and analyze CRM reports; provide strategic recommendations to the corporate marketing team.
  • Partner with corporate marketing on paid social strategy and “Community Coming Soon” campaigns.
  • Review and approve community/market e blasts and request press releases for new community announcements from corporate marketing.
  • Plan and facilitate large scale Real Estate professional events and Grand Openings.
  • Support sales teams in hosting smaller homeowner and Realtor events.
  • Represent Mungo at local events, as needed.
  • Review Marketing Guidebook with sales personnel.
  • Identify and coordinate training needs for sales personnel (e.g., social media, Basecamp).
  • Work with corporate marketing to create community videos, amenity renderings, and lifestyle photography.
  • Assist in the market-wide signage program, including community signage, directionals, and bandit sign mapping.
  • Regular travel to all applicable markets required.
