About The Position

As our Marketing Manager for Marc Jacobs Makeup, you are responsible for strategy, implementation, and collaboration. You will lead launch readiness and drive the full 360 post‑launch strategy for this highly anticipated re-entry into the market. You will develop retailer-specific marketing plans, partnering closely across functions to ensure flawless forecasting, budgeting, in‑store execution, and ecommerce activations. You will translate insights and performance analytics into future strategy, fueling a robust multi‑year plan that accelerates brand growth and strengthens our presence in makeup. The team consists of the Marketing Manager working closely together with several departments such as sales (sell-in & sell-through), global marketing, trade marketing, visual merchandising, media, advocacy, finance, eventing & education, ecommerce, consumer insights, and demand planning. Requirements

  • 4-6 years brand marketing experience with strong planning, analytical & organizational capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and build strong working relationships
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint & ability to build presentations that tell a story
  • Confident presenter with strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Genuine passion for makeup, beauty, and cultural trends that shape consumer behavior

Responsibilities

  • Analyze launch performance, uncover insights, and translate findings into future strategy
  • Oversee forecasting cycles, budgets, and innovation planning tools with precision
  • Ensure flawless execution of in‑store merchandising and ecommerce brand experience
