Position Overview: The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role within the marketing team, focused on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes, technology, and metrics. This role ensures strategies are executed smoothly and performance is measured accurately. The Marketing Operations Manager bridges the gap between marketing and other departments, such as Clinic Operations and IT, to maintain a cohesive approach to market engagement. This role’s expertise in marketing technology, analytics and process management is essential for driving the continuous improvement of marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Location: This position will be primarily remote with occasional travel required.
