About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic forward thinking Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! This individual manages the "how" of our marketing execution, by owning our software and channel platforms, managing overall logistics (how the master strategy calendar is deployed), scheduling, automating, and maintaining the systems that keep our workflows organized. This is a high-precision role designed for someone who thrives on building efficient processes, managing data-driven channels like email, extracting data, translating and reporting data, and ensuring our "marketing machine" is optimized.

Responsibilities

Channel & Platform Management:?Serve as the primary administrator for internal SaaS marketing platform(s) and marketing automation tool(s), overseeing list segmentation, deployment schedules, and system health.
Media & Logistics Oversight:?Manage the technical and logistical requirements for traditional media channels, including trafficking creative assets for billboards, TV, commercials, and radio, and ensuring all deadlines are met with external media partners.
System Administration:?Own the departments "infrastructure," including the management of our project management, acting as controller of our internal ticketing system and distribution, and the centralized digital asset management (DAM) library.
Departmental Inbox & Triage:?Monitor and maintain the general marketing inbox, serving as the first line of technical support or routing requests to ensure no internal or external inquiry goes unanswered.
Process Optimization:?Develop and document standardized workflows for how the team requests, creates, and archives marketing materials to ensure long-term operational scalability.
Function Infrastructure:?Audit and maintain marketing technology "stacks" to ensure all tools are integrated and provide maximum value to the credit union
