About The Position

JM Test Systems is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing events, managing social media, supporting marketing operations, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing content creation
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google analytics or digital marketing tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising
  • Experience supporting marketing events or tradeshows

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage company participation in tradeshows and marketing events
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Track event budgets, KPIs, and ROI
  • Support pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities
  • Assist with lead capture and post-event lead nurturing campaigns
  • Provide attendee support and event communication
  • Manage company social media channels
  • Develop engaging content including copy, graphics, and posts
  • Analyze engagement metrics and performance
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Identify and implement new social media trends and best practices
  • Manage marketing collateral and promotional items (SWAG)
  • Maintain inventory, coordinate purchasing, and track budgets
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials
  • Coordinate with graphic designers on marketing assets such as: Social media graphics, Email newsletters, Sales materials and flyers
  • Maintain and update printed marketing materials
  • Coordinate with external print vendors
  • Manage company marketing publications such as newsletters
  • Support marketing campaigns and internal initiatives
  • Assist with tracking marketing data and analytics
