The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that support organizational and departmental goals. This role partners closely with all marketing functions, as well as cross-functional teams to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and cohesive brand experiences across marketing and event portfolios. This role will manage all activities related to the processing and tracking of all Marketing requests and projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Critical components of this role includes leading the organization’s flagship summits and regional event strategies, owning program architecture, customer engagement strategies, operational execution, and reporting on measurable impact towards organizational and departmental objectives. This position is based in Phoenix Arizona; Denver Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado and requires local residency in one of these base locations. Our strategic flexibility allows for local work from home opportunities.
