About The Position

The Content Marketing Project Manager’s primary role is to manage the thought-leadership publishing process through the project lifecycle, liaising with internal team members, clients, and external vendors to help make sure content adheres to firmwide policy and is published efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent. Business, marketing, or organizational development a plus.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience working in a marketing environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel (templates and macros), PowerPoint (customized), Word (creation of templates and macros), Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint skills.
  • Proficient in PM software: Wrike, SharePoint, Teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, work in an organized and deadline-driven manner

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus: InDesign and Illustrator

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with teams across MarCom and contractors, project manage thought-leadership processes and related content through the project lifecycle: content intake, asset intake, copyediting review, layout and formatting proofing and review, production file management, and updating project status and notes in the production tracking system.
  • As part of the Editorial team, help confirm thought-leadership adheres to firmwide publishing policies and editorial and brand standards.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication lines with internal clients to understand their business needs, responding promptly to inquiries and setting client expectations accordingly.
  • Liaise with freelance designers/editors to communicate content business objectives and publishing timelines.
