About The Position

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the direction and integrated marketing initiatives set forth by the Marketing Manager that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Elevate Structures’ core verticals. This role executes tradeshows and events, email marketing, social media, content, and reports on campaign analytics. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Two years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or construction/manufacturing industries.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with initiative and accountability.
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills; works well with a team.
  • Exhibits familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the direct execution as well as oversight of administrative support for tradeshows and events.
  • Register for all national and state tradeshows.
  • Manage all aspects of tradeshow logistics, including registration, booth design, materials, shipping, and staffing.
  • Coordinate with the sales force who will be attending and what collateral they need. (trade show kits).
  • Book team hotel accommodations for national tradeshows.
  • Order on-site rental equipment when needed.
  • Design the show booth and layout. Keep booth vision updated and on brand.
  • Oversee any samples that need to be built for shows.
  • Order all print material and promotional items for shows.
  • Pack needed supplies and handle the delivery.
  • Provide any extra items the state organization might need (auction items, bag promotional items).
  • Send 30-day advance notice about shows to team.
  • Execute all external pre-show and post-show communications in email and social media platform.
  • Conduct research on speaking opportunities, podcasts, and other events in the industry that we can participate in.
  • Gather leads through trade show marketing list.
  • Work in CRM to track performance metrics to measure event ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Keep track of show cost and effectiveness.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend tradeshow opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Identify sponsorships and partnerships that could be beneficial to Elevate.
  • Execute a detailed 30 day email content calendar.
  • Utilize the company’s marketing automation platform and/or tech stack to execute targeted campaigns and one-off communications.
  • Deploy pre- and post-show/event email campaigns to support sales initiatives.
  • Support the development of nurturing campaigns for various market verticals and customer segments.
  • Maintain segmented audience lists and monitor campaign analytics for optimization.
  • Execute a detailed 30 day social media content calendar with visual assets and post language.
  • Maintain a consistent posting strategy (minimum of two posts per week) across all major social media channels.
  • Utilize internal or external resources to create accompanying visual assets driving to deadlines and staying on-brand.
  • Responsible for content scheduling, engagement, and reporting via tech stack reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure all posts are grammatically correct, following platforms’ best practices.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics to provide monthly insights and recommendations.
  • Based on the marketing plan, write content such as press releases and blogs.
  • Execute the development of creative assets, including photography, video, and design projects.
  • Utilize independents and vendor relationships for creative services and production (ie videography edits, project photography, graphic design needs, etc)
  • Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand standards and messaging.
  • Maintain an organized photo/video asset library accessible for internal and sales use.
  • Track marketing performance across all channels, including email, social, and shows/events.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize future initiatives for improved conversions.
  • Keep inventory and order Marketing Materials such as Flyers and brochures, Promotional items, Employee shirts and polos, and Customer gifts
  • Help plan and execute marketing strategy and budget throughout the year.
  • Training of other employees as necessary.
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Other duties as assigned.
