About The Position

Join our governance team as a contracted employee to support Master Data initiatives in preparation for an ERP implementation. This role primarily involves remote work, but you must be local to the St. Louis or Illinois area to work onsite one day every other week.

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Comfortable working with data sets and numerical information.
• Ability to work effectively in situations with ambiguous data.

Nice To Haves

• ERP experience is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with inventory management and/or BOM (bill of materials) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager to receive and analyze BOM details.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data received from Excel sheets.
• Prepare and input data into systems compatible with spreadsheet formats.
• Assist in centralizing and cleaning master data to address inconsistencies across different plants.
