Responsibilities As a Material Control Supervisor, you will lead a warehouse team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, inventory is accurately tracked, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. This is an onsite position that will require flexibility including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and most holidays. Eligible for overtime pay when working holidays. There is no hybrid option for this position. Responsibilities The primary role of a Material Control Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operation of a Parts Distribution Center.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year leadership experience.
Minimum 1 year work experience within a warehouse environment
Demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate and problem solve with stakeholders.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations.
Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Prefers experience with Warehouse Management SAP.

Responsibilities

Lead a represented team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism.
Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers to deliver key objectives.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $79,800-133,560.
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $93,000-155,520.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $106,440-178,320.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
