Lead Supervisor - Brownstown Complex supporting Sheetmetal, Distribution and HCC operations. The candidate will join a face paced team working to support Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Delivery metrics while developing an in depth understanding of the FCSD Distribution Network.

Responsibilities

Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
Lead and direct a team of employees across various warehouse functions, including Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping, ensuring the team consistently ships high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets.
Take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.
Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency.
Promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems.
Identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, making timely and well-informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances.
