About The Position
Summary (Position Description): The picker will utilize consolidated pick reports to pick a wide variety of items and place items in appropriate area for production usage.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Forklift experience and ability to pass Bitzer certification.
- Must be able to stand on feet for at least 10 hours/day.
Responsibilities
- Pick orders as requested by supervisor.
- Proper handling of parts
- Operate stand up forklift, cherry picker, or scissor lift.
- Ensure correct item and quantity delivered to production area.
- Use WMS and RF systems to transfer inventory locations.
- Work with cycle count team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with annual physical inventory.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all Bitzer safety policies and procedures.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized area in accordance with Bitzer’s 5S protocol
