Math Teacher (9-12)
About The Position
The Lathrop R2 School District is seeking a High School Math Teacher for the 2026�2027 school year. Depending on the applicants the teaching assignment could be anywhere from Pre Algebra to College level algebra to calculus. You would not have more than 3 preps. Candidates should hold appropriate Missouri certification or be eligible to obtain certification. Coaching opportunities may be available based on interest and district needs. The Lathrop R2 operates on a four-day school week (Tuesday�Friday). Starting pay in 2026-27 is $44,000 and will be increasing each year due to a natural gas Power Plant being constructed within the Lathrop School District boundaries. Lathrop is a rural district located approximately 10 miles north of Kearney and 25 miles north of Liberty. We are 3 miles just off I-35.
