About The Position
We have a fantastic opportunity for an MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN). We are a Private Sub -Acute / Long Term Care facility. We are looking to add an MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN) to our team of medical professionals. We have a friendly and welcoming team! We treat Adult patients.
Requirements
- Current Rhode Island RN License.
- Previous experience as an MDS Coordinator is required.
- Previous Sub -Acute or Long Term Care experience is required.
- No New Grads.
