We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Assembly Operator to join our New Brighton, MN team. You will use hand and power tools to assemble all components of pumps per bill of material, test the assembly to documented specifications and properly package the product. You will:

Requirements

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Experience reading and using blueprints
• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds.
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required on the production floor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembling components, and testing the assembly to the documented specifications and packing products
• Support and promote 5S in the workplace
• Willingly contributes to the development of better methods and increased daily output of production.
• Offers ideas and suggestions for improving our Safety and Health (AWAIR) programs
