It includes managing design engineering firms related to new and retrofit. The role also entails monitoring design packages and field installations for large engineering construction projects to ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Ensuring code compliance with mechanical standards, building codes, plumbing codes, and environmental regulations throughout the construction lifecycle is essential. Additionally, it requires ensuring system performance for new construction, remodel projects, and the evaluation of existing facilities' sustained operations. Responsibilities include identifying, tracking, managing, resolving, and communicating project issues throughout all phases of project-related work. The position leads strategic fabrications and supports project planning for mechanical systems related to new and retrofit construction. It also involves developing, reviewing, and approving site construction specifications related to mechanical piping, equipment, and the associated distribution rooms and buildings.
