Medical Assistant Apprentice
About The Position
The Medical Assistant Apprentice is enrolled in a Medical Apprenticeship and Credentialed Training program. The Medical Assistant, Apprentice is responsible for a variety of patient care, technical, and clerical related functions under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager, Practice Manager, and/or Supervising RN. The Medical Assistant Apprentice performs direct patient care including medication administration and point of care testing under the supervision of certified and credentialed staff. The Medical Assistant Apprentice understands the needs of the practice and supports the mission and values of the organization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- College Courses In Medical Assisting Required
