We also offer competitive compensation! As a Medical Assistant at Heartland Women's Healthcare, you will take charge in ensuring the seamless operation of our medical office. Your role will go beyond administrative support, as you will be at the forefront of supporting our esteemed physicians and cherished patients. From patient care coordination to impeccable organization and communication, your mission is to execute all tasks accurately, with excellence and expediency. The schedule for this position are typically Monday-Friday around 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please note that start and end times may vary weekly due to our rotating schedule. These times represent the earliest start and latest end we would expect, not exact daily hours. Wednesdays include rotating after-hours coverage from 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM on assigned weeks (typically once a month). On non-rotation Wednesdays, hours follow a standard daytime schedule similar to the rest of the week.
