CE Medical Group, a growing medical billing and management company specializing in pain medicine, is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and support a team of billers. Our team partners with physician practices and ASCs across the country, delivering high-quality revenue cycle management services. Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of medical billing experience
- Minimum 5 years of management or team leadership experience
- Experience managing or working with remote teams required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Certified Coder (CPC or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a hands-on Billing Supervisor to support daily operations
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle
- Lead and support a team through the full Revenue Cycle Management process
- Monitor team performance and productivity across a remote team environment
- Motivate staff and maintain a positive, solutions-focused team culture
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to succeed in their roles
