Our team partners with physician practices and ASCs across the country, delivering high-quality revenue cycle management services. Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of medical billing experience
- Minimum 4 years of management or team leadership experience
Nice To Haves
- Certified Coder (CPC or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a hands-on Billing Supervisor to support daily operations
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle
- Lead and support a team through the full Revenue Cycle Management process
- Monitor team performance and help drive productivity and accuracy
- Motivate staff and maintain a positive, solutions-focused team culture
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to succeed in their roles
