The Medical Clinic Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staffing needs of the medical clinic while supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinic staff. This role coordinates interview scheduling, manages job postings, and assists in hiring efforts to ensure the clinic maintains appropriate staffing levels to support patient care and operational needs. The Staffing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for shift coverage and scheduling coordination, helping ensure adequate staffing and timely communication with clinic personnel. In addition, the Medical Clinic Staffing Coordinator manages training and competency tracking for clinic staff, ensuring licenses, certifications, required skills, and annual requirements remain current and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. This role also supports performance management by coordinating annual employee evaluations with the Clinic Director and preparing the necessary documentation and materials for review discussions. The Medical Clinic Staffing Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with leadership and staff. This position plays a critical role in supporting clinic operations, workforce readiness, and a culture of accountability and professional development.
