Now we’re looking for a Veterinarian Medical Director who is excited to help lead what comes next. As Medical Director, you will guide the hospital’s medical standards while continuing to practice excellent medicine alongside the team. You’ll partner with the Practice Manager to lead the hospital, mentor doctors, and help the team continue growing.
Requirements
- US licensed DVM or DVM equivalent driven to make a difference in animal healthcare.
- Enthusiastic about building client relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Interested in shaping the culture and future of a growing hospital.
- Passionate not only about animal care, but also building up others, mentoring and continuing education.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional veterinary care for companion animals.
- Mentoring associate veterinarians and supporting clinical growth.
- Maintaining high medical standards and protocols.
- Partnering with leadership on hospital strategy and growth.
- Supporting a collaborative and positive hospital culture.
- Building strong relationships with clients and the Lake Norman community.
