The Mental Health Therapist functions within the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to provide patient care and supportive services that are directed at achievement of patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient’s involvement in his or her own care plan, improving service levels and decreasing costs. Providing clinical work with patients with mental health diagnoses including individual, group, and couple/family therapy to assist patients to determine treatment goals, return to previous or improved functioning; form aftercare plan; advocate within local community if needed; work as part of clinical team; maintain third party payer relationships. The Mental Health Therapist provides care to primary care patients experiencing stress or stress-related illness during life events, mood and anxiety disorders. This individual will serve as a critical part of our clinical team, providing psychotherapy and related services for our patients. Qualifications What are we looking for in our next new hire?
