This role blends customer service, data tracking, communication, and compliance monitoring. You’ll become a trusted resource for agents while helping maintain a compliant and ethical sales environment. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (all majors welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of CMS Medicare rules is helpful but not required — we will train you!

Responsibilities

  • Support Medicare compliance operations in accordance with CMS and insurance carrier requirements
  • Assist with onboarding, education, and ongoing tracking of contracted Medicare agents and agencies
  • Monitor agent licensing, certifications, AHIP, and annual CMS training completion
  • Review agent marketing materials for CMS/carrier compliance
  • Track and help investigate agent complaints, compliance issues, or potential violations
  • Assist with corrective action plans and agent retraining
  • Collect documentation for CMS/carrier audits
  • Maintain procedures, policies, and agent communications
  • Prepare required reporting and compliance documentation
  • Stay up to date with CMS Marketing Guidelines and compliance updates (training provided!)
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for agents and internal leadership
