About The Position
Northland Heights is a dedicated senior living community focused on compassionate, person-centered support for residents. We’re seeking a dedicated, detail oriented a Medication Technician Team Lead to safely administer medication, support residents with daily needs, and help lead/supervise staff. Schedule: Full Time Overnights (11pm-7am)
Requirements
- State-approved Med Tech certification required
- 3+ years Med Tech experience required
- 6 months to 1 year of management/leadership experience required
- Compassion, patience, and strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience in memory care or senior living preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications accurately
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Maintain medication cart and inventory
- Communicate effectively with care staff and families
- Supervise, lead and support staff during shift
