At our cutting-edge laser center, we provide laser hair removal, tattoo removal, acne scar therapy and many other state-of-the-art services for next level cosmetic metamorphosis.! If you are passionate in helping our patients look and feel their best with innovative, high-quality treatments- we want to hear from you! We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented part-time Medical Assistant to join our medspa team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about aesthetic medicine, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to support both clinical and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth client experience from consultation to post-treatment care. This position is part-time working 20-25 hours a week, shifts on Monday & Thursday.

Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or relevant healthcare certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a MedSpa or dermatology/aesthetic clinic strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and skincare products
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with EMR systems and general office technology
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist providers during aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels)
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms and equipment before and after procedures
  • Take patient vitals, update medical history, and ensure proper documentation in EMR
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized clinical environment in accordance with health regulations
  • Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Handle phone inquiries, emails, and follow-up communications
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and skincare products
  • Process payments and assist with product sales when needed
