We are hiring a senior product marketer to support our protocols business line and ventures arm, shaping how our core protocol innovations and ecosystem investments are understood, adopted, and trusted in the market.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in crypto and protocol-based ecosystems, with the ability to engage credibly with highly technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience leading high-impact messaging and positioning for complex, technical products
  • Strong executive-level communication skills across both short-form and long-form content for institutional audiences
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • A strong point of view on how technical product differentiation should be articulated and scaled in the market

Responsibilities

  • Own the translation of complex protocol mechanics (e.g., consensus, staking, settlement, interoperability, incentives) into market-ready messaging
  • Set the bar for high-quality technical storytelling, including protocol overviews, deep dive explainers, technical white papers,blogs, FAQs, and sales enablement
  • Lead the end-to-end narrative for protocol partnerships and Anchorage Digital’s token management solution
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead GTM planning for protocol product and customer launches
  • Define target audiences (developers, institutions, partners) and tailor messaging accordingly
  • Act as a senior voice of the market and ecosystem to Product, Engineering, and Business leads
  • Influence roadmap prioritization with customer, partner, and ecosystem insights
  • Establish messaging frameworks that scale across launches, partnerships, and long-term ecosystem strategy
