What You’ll Do Support the development of design direction and provide creative input to ensure alignment with brand vision. Manage the licensed product development process in partnership with licensees from concept through production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Drive a unified global message by guiding partners to interpret and execute against a cohesive brand story, rooted in the unique DNA of each brand, to maintain consistency and integrity across all categories and markets. What you will be working on Assist in the development and organization of product assortments across categories Support the team in preparing seasonal line plans, CAD reviews, and product presentations Conduct competitive market research and trend analysis Help track development timelines, key milestones, and sample status Organize and maintain product data, materials, and documentation Partner cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising teams
