About the Role This is a revenue-impact role at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll build merchant relationships, drive adoption of payment solutions, and help businesses upgrade their credit card processing technology. If you’re energized by consultative selling, pipeline ownership, and closing high-value deals — this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • Proven U.S. sales experience in Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, FinTech, or similar B2B environment
  • Track record selling credit card processing, POS systems, terminals, or payment technology
  • Strong consultative sales and closing skills
  • Self-starter mindset with strong pipeline management discipline
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network within the U.S. merchant services space
  • Remote/territory flexibility within the US or Canada

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales of credit card processing solutions, POS terminals, and payment hardware to HONK’s customers and prospects
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new merchant accounts within assigned markets
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations (virtual and in-person as needed)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
  • Stay ahead of industry, hardware, and competitive payment trends
