Solution Engineering is the technical engine within Technical Advisory that transforms field-proven consulting intellectual property (IP) into scalable, hardened digital solutions delivered through the Tools & IP Registry and Workflow Advisory platform. The Manager – Solution Engineering leads a critical engineering function responsible for productizing consulting IP, scaling digital advisory capabilities, and enabling Technical Advisory’s transition from bespoke services to platform-driven, repeatable solutions. This role operates at an organizational leadership level, driving multi-year strategy, managing multiple workstreams and senior engineers/architects, and delivering measurable business impact through an OKR-based operating model. The M3 leader is accountable for execution excellence, technical direction, organizational health, and cross-functional alignment across Consulting, Sales, Product, Enterprise Customer Success, and Platform teams. Scope & Impact Leads a team of Solution Architects, Platform Developers, and DevOps engineers Owns the Solution Engineering roadmap and delivery outcomes Drives measurable business impact across adoption, scalability, quality, and operational efficiency Accountable for quarterly and annual OKRs at team and organizational level Influences cross-functional strategy beyond immediate team Responsible for workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
