The Technical Program Manager, Maintenance Management, will lead the strategy, development, and governance of our Asset Management System (AMS). This role is accountable for the performance and adoption of work management, asset master data, inventory, and compliance processes that support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
  • a minimum of five (5) years’ experience
  • Demonstrated success deploying or upgrading enterprise EAM/CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM) and governing master data at scale
  • Practical experience implementing risk‑ and condition‑based maintenance
  • Data & integration literacy and proficiency with reporting tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership; ability to translate technical work into business outcomes
  • Willingness to travel to operating locations for workshops, assessments, and readiness activities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field
  • a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience including technical, engineering, and/or operations experience

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the enterprise product owner for the AMS (Maximo), setting the strategy and standards to improve adoption and usability
  • Maintains and enforce master‑data standards (asset hierarchy, locations, BOMs, criticality, failure codes, PM libraries) and the controls that sustain them
  • Standardizes end‑to‑end processes (identify, plan, schedule, execute, close, analyze) and drive precision planning, job plans, and feedback quality
  • Improves scheduling and craft productivity by simplification and system enhancements
  • Partners with Supply Chain to Strengthen parts master, alternates, and critical‑spares governance; integrate min/max and lead‑time logic with maintenance strategies
  • Owns AMS data quality KPIs (completeness, accuracy, timeliness) and remediation programs; instrument automated quality checks
  • Builds and leads a high‑performing team of business analysts, process owners, and data stewards
  • Drives structured change management—communications, training curricula, and certification of users; cultivate a continuous‑improvement culture
