About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • comfortable using computers for basic data entry
  • strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively
  • excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and quality-focused work habits

Nice To Haves

  • experience in electromechanical assembly (preferred)
  • training in J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 electronic assembly standards (preferred)
  • familiar with ESD S20.20 requirements for electronic component protection (preferred)
  • awareness of Lean or Six Sigma principles (preferred)
