About The Position

As a Microelectronics Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling complex electromechanical components using soldering, adhesives, epoxies, and detailed mechanical methods—often under a stereo microscope. You will contribute to the reliability and quality of our products while working in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who value craftsmanship, consistency, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bring experience in electromechanical assembly (preferred)
• Have training in J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 electronic assembly standards (preferred)
• Are familiar with ESD S20.20 requirements for electronic component protection (preferred)
• Are comfortable using computers for basic data entry
• Have awareness of Lean or Six Sigma principles (preferred)
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and quality-focused work habits
