About The Position

Davidson is actively seeking a Mid-Level Reliability Engineer to help drive mission success in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). This program is dedicated to supporting multiple mission sets through agile procurement, supply chain management, and close collaboration with multiple Prime Contractors. The position may also support the SCALE (Supply Chain Analytics and Logistics Environment) development program in Huntsville, AL. SCALE is a data-driven analytics platform integrating procurement, logistics, and forecasting operations to enable predictive and prescriptive decision-making for the Department of Defense. The Reliability Engineer provides a critical role in developing reliability and maintainability predictions methodologies across multiple product phases, including development, production, and sustainment. The individual will lead analysis efforts with respect to Product Reliability, Maintainability, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 8+ years of prior relevant experience, preferably with IT related products
  • Experience with reliability requirements and analyses
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder-management
  • Ability to craft compelling presentations and reports
  • Must currently hold a DoD Secret security clearance
