About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Program Manager to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. The mid Program Manager (PM) shall manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities, Coordinates increased contractor footprint and requirements upon Government execution of Surge requirements. Supports the Contractor PM track and report on the status and progress of contractor surge support. Establishes the Program Management Office for post-activation execution, providing management support of contractor communications, security processing, space requirements, travel, visas, taxes, and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) considerations. Oversees the Intelligence Management Specialists and Special Security Technicians supplementing CMG receipt, staging and on-ward integration (RSOI) of increased contractor staff.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
