Requirements

• Mechanical ability (helpful)
• Agricultural background (helpful)
• Background in feed or animal production (helpful)
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• High School Diploma or a GED equivalent
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
• Desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.
• Embody our commitment to success and reflect our company culture.
• Have or are willing to develop basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mill's daily responsibilities.
• Strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace.
• Maintenance of equipment
• Quality control
• Maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
• Cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.
