Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or a related service environment
Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with inventory management, ordering systems, and product control processes
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field education preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Mini-Bar team, ensuring exceptional service standards and presentation across all guest rooms
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and restocking processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste
Implement and maintain systems for tracking inventory, managing supplies, and monitoring sales performance
Ensure all mini-bar products are accurately stocked, rotated, and presented in accordance with brand standards
Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through product offerings, merchandising, and operational efficiencies
Partner with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution
Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards
