About The Position

Work in tandem with key stakeholders to build and support the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the client program. Provide strategic leadership and program execution expertise in developing, refining, and executing a long-term vision to achieve the necessary transformation of the program. Manage day-to-day operations with a major focus on financial rigor, technology implementation, and the efficient allocation of resources in compliance with regulations. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for more junior staff. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations; achieve financial targets, including ROI and sustainable cash flow. Build close, sustainable relationships with stakeholders, partners, customers, and regulators. Identify and mitigate business risks; champion innovation to adapt to industry trends like digital transformation or sustainability.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
  • FIVE (5)+ years' in leadership roles within commercial sectors, with a track record of scaling businesses
  • Deep, demonstrated understanding of commercial operations and business structures.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and business operations.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in crisis management and in successful business innovation efforts
  • Ability to operate fully autonomously with minimal oversight and direction, consistently building momentum toward program objectives
