We are looking to hire full-time Mobile E-Bike Mechanics (Service Technicians II) who will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service while performing repairs on various light electric vehicles (LEVs), including e-bikes/trikes, e-quads, and cargo trailers. The right person for the job will be comfortable traveling to and working at assigned customer locations within the greater New York City area. The starting work schedules are for day and evening shifts, 4 days a week and 10-hour shifts. Please note that schedules may be subject to change based on business need. About the Position Provide an incredible customer experience under all conditions, professional and conversational while providing maintenance and repair services Perform inspection, diagnosis, repair and complete overhaul on various LEVs, with the ability to quickly become proficient in servicing customized vehicles Document customer interactions and track/invoice services performed Accurately manage inventory levels Work unsupervised in remote locations with a high level of productivity Travel regularly within the local geographic area to provide services to customers
