Mobility Surveillance and Bombers Classified Cybersecurity Operations Senior Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join our Enterprise Government Cybersecurity team as a Mobility Surveillance and Bombers Classified Cybersecurity Operations Senior Manager in Tukwila, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; or Richardson, TX. This leadership (manager of managers) position is responsible for the Classified Cybersecurity portfolio of the Mobility Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) division and will represent Enterprise Classified Security on the Leadership Team of MS&B. Position Responsibilities: Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors Ensure technical and administrative compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) for classified data at SECRET, TOP SECRET, SAR, and SCI levels Provide strategic direction and oversight for the implementation of information security protections mandated by the NISP Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines, including NISPOM, NIST Special Publications (800-37, 800-53, 800-171, etc.), DAAPM, ICD 503, and JSIG Foster a culture of security awareness and encourage proactive reporting among employees Innovate and adopt evolving technologies to adapt to emerging cybersecurity threats Engage with senior U.S. Government Authorizing Officials (AOs) across DoD organizations and government agencies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years 10+ years of experience managing or leading classified program teams 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series 5+ years of experience using strategic problem-solving/analysis and communicating at senior management levels Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication Experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality was paramount Experience building a team and developing employees Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Currently hold IAM Level 1 DoD 8140.01 (previously 8570.01) compliant certification (i.e. CAP, GSLC, Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP, CISM, GSLC) Experience in utilizing security relevant tools, systems, and applications in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include: NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS Experience with project management in a leadership capacity Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
