About The Position

This position processes real estate loans, assists loan staff, prepares, and closes loans. It requires excellent customer service skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multi-task with close attention to detail. Previous commercial loan and/or real estate experience preferred. Knowledge of secondary market loans and prior project management experience are a plus.

• Intermediate to advanced calculation skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous mortgage or commercial loan experience preferred; secondary market experience a plus
• 2 years college and/or prior banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers
• Prepare all loan documents
• Order and review collateral documents
• Process credit reports and review findings
• Ensure compliance with regulations and City National Bank policies and procedures
• Communicate with internal and external customers via telephone to; collect loan references and other verifiable information as well as assist with any questions
• Prepare and close loans in a timely manner
• Explain terms and conditions of loans
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
