About The Position

NOW HIRING MOWER / GROUNDSKEEPER FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY! STARTING PAY OF $20–$25 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE! Fitzgerald Lawn Care is hiring a Mower / Groundskeeper to join our outdoor services team! This is a hands-on role focused on lawn mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanups. As a Mower/Groundskeeper, you will operate commercial equipment, maintain properties, and support the crew to ensure high-quality results for our customers.

Requirements

Experience operating zero-turn mowers required.
Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate zero-turn lawn mowers safely and efficiently.
Perform weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
Assist with spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal, debris hauling, and property prep.
Maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to ensure proper operation.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Load and unload tools and materials for daily routes.
Perform general outdoor labor tasks as needed.
