As a Supply Specialist 1, you will: Maintain Inventory levels Pull or replenish inventory Conduct review of inventory stock Manage multiple priorities Use computer software with a strong emphasis on MS Excel Responsible for order tracking, PC card receiving reconciliations, and housekeeping Position Specific Details: Rotating shift position with a $2.00 (USD) shift differential. Starting pay listed is the minimum - actual offer rate will be based on qualifications and other determining factors.

Requirements

  • Able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
  • Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
  • Able to perform arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric procedures in standard practical applications.
  • Able to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Able to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of shop tools and equipment and methods and procedures in mechanical drawing and layout work.
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing using proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar, using all parts of speech.
  • Job requires ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient computer skills primarily the Microsoft Office suite with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to work with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends and holidays as necessary
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
